At Have Need Want Luxury, we carefully curate and inspect every piece before it becomes part of our collection. Because our inventory consists primarily of pre-owned, vintage, and one-of-a-kind luxury items, all sales are final.

Please Shop Carefully

We encourage you to carefully review the entire product description, photos, measurements, condition notes, and any disclosed imperfections before purchasing. Pre-owned luxury items may show signs of previous use, and any notable wear will be described and/or photographed in the listing.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds due to:

• Change of mind
• Fit or sizing
• Color preferences
• Normal signs of pre-owned wear
• Minor imperfections consistent with age or use
• Odor as this is subjective and we make all efforts to describe any odor if present in our vintage pieces
• Failure to review the listing details before purchase

Authenticity

Authenticity is extremely important to us. Every designer item is carefully reviewed before being offered for sale. We stand behind the authenticity of the items we sell. Each item purchased will come with a complimentary COA.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or is not the item described in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@haveneedwantluxury.com and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the situation and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

Please retain all original packaging until your concern has been resolved.

Final Sale Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the listing details and understand that all purchases from Have Need Want Luxury are final sale.
