What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Returns are not accepted. Please read product descriptions carefully and review all images for a full understanding of the preloved condition of the item/s you are interested in prior to purchasing.

What if I purchase protection through SEEL?

If you purchased purchase protection including return protection through SEEL at time of checkout you are covered for any loss, damage, or if a package is stolen from your porch. You would go directly through SEEL to file and submit your claim. If you purchased the return protection the same applies and you will file directly through SEEL to make your return.

Are the items you sell authentic?

Everything sold on this site and on our social media channels are 100% authentic guaranteed or your money back. We take great pride in curating the best preloved designer items in excellent to pristine (giftable) condition and use a few different technologies to authenticate the items we receive. You will receive a complimentary COA with your purchase for extra piece of mind but are always welcome to get a second opinion once your purchase is received.

What happens if you receive something that’s not authentic?

If we receive an item that is deemed not authentic, you [ie the seller] will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and will be charged a $250 authentication fee.
