All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Shipments may go out on Saturdays, but this is not to be expected.

Damages
Have Need Want Luxury is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We do not currently ship outside the United States.
Return Policy
All sales are final. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted unless client purchases additional order protection through SEEL. SEEL is a third party company that offers not only shipping insurance protection for high value items but also return protection where if for any reason the client would like to return an item purchased from Have Need Want Luxury they may do so directly through SEEL but only if the protection was purchased at the time of the sale.
